End7 Wonders Duel

There are three ways to win: military supremacy, scientific supremacy and civilian victory. Military and scientific victories can happen at any time and end the game immediately. If neither happens by the end of Age III, the player with the most victory points wins.

With Agora: With Agora there is a fourth way to win: Political Supremacy, controlling all 6 Chambers of the Senate, which wins at once.
