Majority Bonus Ties

In a 2 player game, players tied for largest each get 1 bonus point. In a 3 or 4 player game, two players tied for largest get 2 points each and no one gets the second-place bonus; three or four tied players get 1 point each and no one gets the second-place bonus. A tie for second largest gives 0 points to each tied player.
