New World Setup

In New World you place the listed hexes and number discs randomly, then ports go on edges between a land and a sea hex (or a land hex and the frame), at least one edge away from every other port. Starting pieces may go on one island or two different ones, and your first settlement on an unexplored island earns 1 additional VP.
