As your action, flip your Outbound Ticket to move any 1 deployed worker to a new location, which activates as normal. Any time after you've prepared for summer, as your action, discard the Inbound side to move one again. You can't move your frog Ambassador, a Big Critter, or a worker on a permanent location.
