What Nightweave Can't Do

She can't play with 15 cards in her city, discard with no cards, or place a worker with none left or every such location blocked, and never takes 2 special Events in one season. Cards given to her go to her hand for 1 point token each; resources given to her are discarded and she draws that many cards; point tokens she keeps. She plays the Fool into your city unless it's full or you have one.
