Mutation
On the BrinkPandemic
Mutation adds a 5th, purple disease with 12 cubes, 2 Mutation cards and 3 Mutation events. A Mutation card draws a card from the bottom of the Infection Deck and places only 1 purple cube on that city. The Mutation events are The Mutation Threatens (3 purple cubes on 1 city), The Mutation Spreads (1 purple cube on each of 3 cities) and The Mutation Intensifies (1 purple cube on each city with exactly 2).
