Spotting and Capturing the Bio-Terrorist

Whenever the Bio-Terrorist shares a city with another pawn, they are spotted and put their black pawn on the board; it comes off when they are alone again. A player in the same city may capture a spotted Bio-Terrorist as an action: the pawn goes on the capturer's Role card and the Bio-Terrorist discards their whole hand to the Infection Discard Pile without effect. While captured, their only actions are Draw a Card, Pass and Escape: discard an Infection card to take a Direct Flight to that city, announcing the sighting.
