Taking a Spent Dominance Card

A Dominance card that's spent or discarded as a normal card is set beside the map instead of going to the discard pile. During Daylight, any player may take it into hand by spending a card of the same suit. An activated Dominance card can't be swapped for another, and Dominance cards are removed in 2-player games.
