Alvin & Dexter Monsters

The last two players in turn order place Alvin and Dexter in different cities. A monster's city is a City in Chaos: no route can be claimed into or out of it. During your turn you may move one monster by discarding 1 or 2 Locomotives, up to 3 cities per card (at least one city, no retracing, not ending where it started). Each time you move a monster you take one of its Monster cards; whoever holds the most of a monster's cards at the end earns its bonus card. At the end, tickets naming a monster city score half (halved only once).
