Nederland Loans and Bonus

If you can't pay a toll in full, take a Loan card and pay nothing; the first route's owner is paid by the Bank. Each Loan costs 5 points at the end and bars you from the Bonus. At the end, Bonus cards go by rank of remaining toll value, from the table in the rulebook (tied players all score); tokens score nothing directly. There's no Longest Path or Globetrotter bonus.
