Team Asia: Shared Cards and Tickets

When you draw Train cards, one goes to your hand and one to the team holder (decide for the first at once; a single face-up Locomotive goes in the holder), and you claim with any mix of your hand and the holder. At setup each player is dealt 5 tickets, keeps at least 3, and both teammates put 1 in the team ticket holder at the same time. A ticket draw is 4, keep at least 1, putting 1 kept ticket in the holder. As your whole turn you may instead move up to 2 tickets from hand into the holder.
