Agora Setup

Prepare each Age deck as in the base game, removing 3 cards, then shuffle in Senators at random: 5 in Age I, 5 in Age II and 3 in Age III. Lay out each Age using the Agora structure on the Player Aid card (it also covers playing with Pantheon). Shuffle the Decree tokens face down, put 1 on each Decree zone of the Senate board by its symbol and box the rest unseen. Shuffle the 16 Conspiracy cards as a separate deck and give each player 12 Influence cubes. The 2 new Wonders and 2 new Progress tokens join the base ones.
