Gray Wall Variant

For a variant, flip your board to the gray side. When you move a tile from a pattern line to the wall, you may place it on any space of its wall row, but no color may appear more than once in any vertical column or in any horizontal row.
With Crystal Mosaic: Both sides of the Crystal Mosaic boards use these placement rules, including the no-valid-space rule.
