More Tiles Than Floor Line Spaces

If every space of your floor line is occupied, put any further tiles that would fall there into the lid of the game box. They cost no extra points. The rulebook doesn't cover taking the starting player marker with a full floor line; it only places the marker on a free space, so you still take it and start the next round, but it costs no points.
