Leave out the C tokens (20 remain) and leave the "?" bonus square empty; both colonists start in Knossos, which replaces Roma. Producing in Gavdos (one city) takes a bonus good of your choice and puts a matching marker, coin side up, on the "?" square; it's removed when someone takes the cash bonus, and that player gets 2 extra sestertii.
