Leave out the D tokens (25 remain). Each player starts with a land colonist in Lutetia (where new colonists go) and a sea colonist beside the GALLIA lettering in the Mediterranean, which can't move until you build in one of the 6 anchor harbour cities; it is then placed there at once. The Seine (Juliobona–Lutetia) is a sea route. Land colonists may cross the Channel on the dashed Bononia–Londinium route for 1 step, but must move on past it with remaining steps.
