Praefectus Magnus and the Cash Bonus
ClarificationConcordia
The Praefectus Magnus does not double the cash bonus. If you take the cash bonus, it isn't used and stays with you. But when you use a Prefect to make a province produce, you may not choose to hold it back for later.
