Team Play Limits

A colonist still inside a city can't be used to build. A partner can't copy the other partner's card with a Diplomat, and partners can't copy the same card twice in a round. The Praefectus Magnus bonus goes only to its owner. With Salsa, forum cards are used only by their owner; when a Tribune is played both partners may take a forum card, sharing out the total cards both took back between them; a partner's cash can pay for a forum card; the forum refills after the team's turn. Senator, Consul and Magister are for individual play only.
