Order When Playing a Card

First use any card-playing ability (such as the Judge), then pay or use an occupied token, and refill the Meadow if you took from it. Put the card in your city (removing any card it replaces first), resolve its effect, then anything it triggers (such as the Courthouse). Playing a card is your whole turn, so you can visit a Destination you just played only on a later turn.
