Bio-Terrorist Turn

The Bio-Terrorist takes a turn after each other player's turn: 2 actions plus 1 free Drive/Ferry, with every move recorded on the Location Pad. Actions: Drive/Ferry; Direct Flight (discard that city's Infection card face up; sighting announced at the new city) or Charter Flight (discard his current city's card; sighting at the old city), without saying which; Draw a Card from the Infection Deck; Pass; and, only while hidden (not spotted), Infect Locally (a purple cube in their city) or Infect Remotely (discard an Infection card for a purple cube in that city, even with a pawn there), and Sabotage (discard an Infection card of his city's colour to remove the research station there), each once per turn. Hand limit 7; extra cards go to the Infection Discard Pile without effect.
