The game ends the instant one of 4 things happens: your team discovers the 4th cure (a win), the Outbreaks marker hits its 8th space, a needed disease cube can't be placed because none are left, or you're asked to draw and fewer than 2 cards remain in the Player Deck (all 3 of those last ones are an immediate loss).
With On the Brink: With Mutation, the team wins by curing all 5 diseases, or the 4 regular ones with no purple cubes left on the board.
With In the Lab: In the Lab's team game wins by curing all 4 diseases, or curing 3 and eradicating them.
With State of Emergency: With the Superbug, the team must cure all 5 diseases and eradicate the purple Superbug.
