In the Lab Virulent Strain and Worldwide Panic

Highly Contagious: a Strain outbreak (not a chain reaction) adds 2 cubes to each connected city; one with 2 or more Strain cubes goes to 3 and has 1 chain-reaction outbreak. The other new Strain card makes removing a Strain cube with Treat Disease take 2 actions in one turn until cured. Worldwide Panic (with Mutation): use the 2 red Mutation cards and 24 purple cubes; the 1st, 4th and 7th setup cities also get 1, 2 and 3 purple cubes, starting with 11 cards in the Infection Discard Pile. Mutation cards then place 2 purple cubes, and curing purple needs 5 City cards with at least 2 showing purple cities.
