Vaccine Factory Fine Points

Shuttle Flights may run between a factory and a research station, or between two factories, but you can't Discover a Cure at a factory. A research station may be built in a factory's city. The Operations Expert, First Responder and Veterinarian may use their special moves from a factory. If there aren't enough doses for every factory, the player whose turn ended chooses which produce; doses on your Role card may be returned to the supply at any time.
