Discount Token
AuctionPower Grid
At the start of Phase 2 put the discount token on the smallest current-market plant, and its minimum bid is 1 Elektro whatever its number. If a player buys that plant, put the token beside the market. If nobody buys it, remove it from the game at the end of Phase 2 and replace it from the stack. There is no discounted plant in other phases.
