Vagabond Coalitions

In games with 4 or more players, the Vagabond activates a Dominance card by forming a Coalition with the player who has the fewest points, choosing if there's a tie, instead of the usual Dominance win. That player can't already be in a Coalition. The Vagabond's marker comes off the score track, and he wins if that player wins.
