The Milestones & Awards expansion has 30 Milestone tiles and 40 Award tiles. Before dealing any cards, choose 5 Milestone tiles and 5 Award tiles, randomly or not, to replace the ones printed on the board. If you play with Venus Next, always add Venuphile and Hoverlord as normal.
