Special Milestone and Award Tiles

Briber costs 12 M€ more than usual (20 M€), and Benefactor is counted before all other awards. Geologist uses the volcanic areas printed in bold (replace it on a map without them), and without Corporate Era Generalist needs 2 of each production. Hydrologist and Thawer use your player markers on each ocean you place or temperature step you raise, removed once claimed; Producer subtracts negative M€ production, and Trader counts after you pay to claim. Played events and their tags never count unless the tile says so, and wild tags don't count for awards.
