Vastitas Borealis Map

Placing a tile on the Vastitas Borealis polar cap raises the temperature one step but costs you 4 M€. The Viking 1 and Viking 2 landing sites place a delegate free from the Reserve (ignore them without Turmoil). There's no Noctis region, so Noctis City may be placed without its restriction. Its volcanic areas are Hecates Tholus, Elysium Mons, Alba Mons and Uranius Tholus.
