Claiming a Tunnel With All Locomotives
ClarificationTicket to Ride: Europe
If you claim a Tunnel using only Locomotive cards, you only owe extra cards for flipped Locomotives — a flipped color card doesn't match an all-Locomotive set, so it costs you nothing extra. Each extra card you owe must then also be a Locomotive.
