Use every Europe and 1912 ticket. Deal 2 Long tickets to each player, who keeps one or none (never both); unkept Long tickets go back in the box. Then deal 5 Regular tickets: keep at least 2 if you kept a Long ticket, otherwise at least 3; discards go under the undealt tickets. In play, draw 3 and keep at least 1.
