Nederland
- Setup: 40 trains each; give each player the same 30 points of Bridge Toll tokens (two 4s, six 2s, ten 1s), the rest form the Bank; stagger the score markers; deal 5 tickets, keep at least 3.
All Nederland (Map Collection 4) rules (2)
- Nederland Each player has 40 trains and the same 30 points of Bridge Toll tokens; the rest form the Bank, and token totals stay secret.
- Nederland Loans and Bonus If you can't pay a toll in full, take a Loan card and pay nothing; the first route's owner is paid by the Bank.
