France Track Beds

Use 40 trains each and start with 8 Train cards; deal 5 tickets, keep at least 3; a later draw is 4, keep at least 1. Most routes are blank Track Beds: when you draw Train cards you must also place a track piece of the right length on one, which sets its colour; pieces can't go over other pieces or claimed routes. Only built routes can be claimed, apart from gray and 1-space routes; a claimed route's piece goes back to the supply. With 4–5 players each track of a double or triple route is built and claimed separately; with 2–3 only one can be. Longest Route 10 and Globetrotter 15, tied players all scoring.
