Alvin starts in Roswell, where no one may start or place a City Marker. The first player to claim a route into Roswell captures him for 10 points and must move him to a city they control; anyone who later claims a route into Alvin's city captures him the same way. Whoever holds Alvin at the end scores 10 more.
