Italy Ferries and Regions

Deal 5 tickets, keep at least 3; a later draw is 4, keep at least 1. A fourth action draws 1 Ferry card (never more than 2 held). Every gray route is a ferry: wave spaces need a Locomotive or a Ferry card (one Ferry card covers up to 2 wave spaces), other spaces one colour. At the end each network scores from the region chart by how many of the 17 regions it connects; Sardegna, Sicilia and Puglia count as 2 if all their cities are in one network. There's no Longest Path or Globetrotter.
