Japan Game End and Bullet Train Bonus

The game ends when a player has 0–2 trains at the end of a turn and 0–2 Bullet Trains are left; everyone then takes one final turn. The Bullet Train chart then gives a bonus or penalty by track position and player count; tied players all take that position's points and the next player takes the next position. There's no Longest Path or Globetrotter.
