European Counting Rules
EuropeanWingspan
Birds marked to count double count twice toward end-of-round goals only, not bonus cards or points, and their eggs aren't doubled. A bird placed sideways over two spaces counts as one bird but fills both spaces (so it can count twice for filled columns), and pays the lower egg cost. A hunting bird that tucks a card instead of paying food counts as both tucking and a successful predator. A bird played on top of another pays neither food nor egg cost.
