Flock Turn Order

In rounds 1 and 3 the dial's star side marks the first active player, and in rounds 2 and 4 the other side does; the first-player token passes left at round end. With 7 players, in rounds 2 and 4 the player to the right of the first player takes one extra turn on their own, and the two edge players of the 4-player group sometimes act one after the other. Choice powers and "any die" powers use only your own group's dice and cards.
