Tied on a Goal Tile

Tied players combine the point-values of their tied place and as many of the following places as there are tied players, then divide by the number tied, rounding down. All of those following places are skipped entirely — scoring resumes at the next untaken place. Two players tied for first on a board showing 5/2/1 each score (5 + 2) ÷ 2 = 3, 2nd is skipped, and whoever is 3rd still scores 1 point. Three players tied for first on the same board would each score (5 + 2 + 1) ÷ 3 = 2, with nothing left to award for 2nd or 3rd.
