Three placement bonuses on the Rescue Station map let you dig by discarding cards to refresh the display. If the discarded card is an animal (not a Petting Zoo animal), you may tuck it under the map. It then counts for its icons as if it were in your zoo, but you get none of its bottom-of-card rewards.
