The display is the 6 face-up Zoo cards on the game board, which you can snap from with the Cards action. If you took cards from it, don't refill it until your whole turn is complete: then move cards from the higher-numbered folders down and fill each empty space from the deck. In each break the two bottom cards are discarded first, and when several players gain cards during a break the display is refilled after each player.
With Marine Worlds: With Marine Worlds, a wave icon on a card revealed in a refill moves the display an extra time and adds a new card.
