Sharing a Feature by Joining Two Up
ClarificationCarcassonne
You can't place a meeple directly onto an occupied feature, but you can place one on a separate, empty stretch of road, city or field and later connect the two with another tile. The joined feature then has several meeples: whoever has the most scores it in full, tied players each score in full, and everyone else scores nothing.
