Shepherds

After placing a tile with a field, you may place your shepherd in a field on that tile instead of placing a meeple. You can't place it in a field that already has a shepherd, but it may share a field with farmers. When you place it, draw a token from the bag at once: a sheep goes beside your shepherd; a wolf goes back in the bag and your shepherd returns to your supply. The shepherd is not a meeple.
