Hills

When you draw a hill tile, slide another face-down tile under it without looking, then place the hill as normal; you may put a meeple on its road, city, monastery or field. If players tie for most meeples on a feature and one of them has a meeple on a hill tile of that feature, that player alone scores it and the others score nothing. Without a tie a hill has no effect. This also applies in final scoring, farmers included.
