Roma Board

The Roma board is Rome's 7 quarters with 25 building sites (city tokens by the mini-map). Start a land colonist on the oval space by the green quarter and a sea colonist in Ostia; these replace Roma on the Tribune and Colonist (new sea colonists go to Ostia). Only land colonists move in Rome: their first step goes through a gate of your choice onto a route, and they never leave. The Prefect produces only in the 7 quarters; its cash option may also move one sea colonist forward, taking that space's bonus.
