When Forum Cards Can Be Used

You may use and combine any number of forum cards in a turn; many need a matching personality card. Goods they give go to your storehouse and can be used at once, and a newly taken card can be used the same turn. They can't interrupt the Architect's building: move, forum card, build is fine; build, forum card, build isn't.
