Forum Cards

13 blue patricians stay with you all game; 14 green citizens are used once and discarded. Each player starts with one patrician. When you play a Tribune you take one of the 4 displayed forum cards free, depending on how many cards you took back (Tribune included): 10+ any of the 4, 8–9 one of the first 3, 6–7 one of the first 2, 4–5 only the first. The rest shift left, the display refills, and an empty stock is refilled by reshuffling the discards.
