Where Contrarius Builds

He builds in a city of the rolled good he can reach (steps = his colonists, empty path) where he has no house: an empty city first, then one in a new province, then alphabetical; his colonist moves there by the shortest path (you choose between equal lines). If no city of that good exists, try the next lower good (cloth, wine, tool, food, brick; brick wraps to cloth). If he can't build he places a colonist instead (red die); with none left he takes the first card.
