Sardaukar Commanders

At setup, put one Sardaukar Commander on each of Conspire, Wealth, Foldspace, High Council and Rally Troops, plus Hall of Oratory with 4 players. When you send an Agent to a space with one, you may pay 2 Solari to acquire it and recruit it at once, taking a Sardaukar skill. It is a troop worth 2 strength in the Conflict, and after combat it returns to your supply. Once per turn (Agent or Reveal) you may pay 2 Solari to recruit one from your supply, with no new skill; you can't recruit it any other way.
