Tech Discounts and Negotiators
Rise of IxDune: Imperium
A tech discount icon (−1 or −2) lowers one purchase; you can't combine discounts from more than one icon. Negotiators are troops placed on the Ix board through Tech Negotiation. When you acquire tech you may return any number of them to your supply for 1 spice off each, and that can combine with a discount icon. The cost can't go below 0.
