Eradication

The instant the last cube of an already-cured colour comes off the board, that disease is eradicated: its cure marker flips again, and no cube of that colour is ever placed again for the rest of the game, even by an Epidemic or outbreak. If a disease is cured while none of its cubes are on the board, it's eradicated at once.

With State of Emergency: With Hinterlands, all cubes of that colour must also be gone from the Hinterlands board.
